That's fine mate, your view is appreciated from me anyway again my view was espoused on assumption now your explanation is actually close to my understanding. I still would think that the upfront COGS for projects would vary markedly.
A genuine question is whom is buying the infrastructure up front, I assume we are, if not and its a third party OK but this to me is not clear and sure a great idea as you describe it.
