Frank123, I would say that your concerns were spot on and the others have no idea.
To install all those lights and control systems and employees to do it, and do it for free ! with a recurring payment that is only half of the 'savings' ! spread out of 10 years, is DEFINITELY going to take some money upfront and in the bank.
If u do some fancy financing then your going to lose half your profit in interest to the bank.
Yes, the 'save and share model' is very good for customers and should prove very popular but someone has to pay.
Looks like the shareholders !
But its all good. A good plan. Company is young and not to many shares on issue yet.
