Who knows the answer to that but the company has 25% capacity to issue new stock each year before they refresh at their AGM. If you subtract the 15m shares they gave Iluma Lite (on top of the cash) I estimate that they have roughly 45m to 50m shares they can issue if a CR was to happen. 50m X 7c is $3.5m dollars. I am sure the institutional eyes on the last 4c can absorb that in a heartbeat. If that was to happen, the register would look very tight. That of course does not include any "strategic" investment on top of capacity which must be subject to shareholder approval.
