great to have your input and thanks again to Oddy99,
Ok starting to see other points of view, they make sense and most importantly the concerns I had would be pretty plain to see ( Up front COGS costing GER a small fortune every project ) to management in the development phase of the model .
Thanks Oddy99, good to talk with someone whom has first hand interaction with the product and personnel.
So it will take minimal time going forward to ascertain the impact as witnessed by last 4c of the 3 main points high lighted by Oddy99.

Looking forward to an exciting 2H of 2016.

As for CR's well they are par for the course, however with the current turnaround in cash flow and the possibility of alternate finance arrangements they may not be required at this stage.
