    Frank123,

keep in mind that the lighting systems are referred to as "plug and play" so pretty much anyone can install them.  You actually do not need an electrician but most customers would probably use one.  The cost would be marginal.

I would suggest if #3 takes off (and there is no reason why it would not) GER would have to do a JV with a contracting company to keep up with the rapid growth of installations but as I said, cost is very low to install.

I went down to the CEMAT exhibition to see the product and platform for myself.  I was not only impressed with the lights but the back end platform was fantastic.  The key staff know what they are doing and have all come from big multi-national companies.  That to me is a very good signal.

I also learned that Bo Christensen from Linfox spoke at the "Knowledge Centre" about how Linfox is driving efficiency throughout its operations through the uptake of intellegent technologies.  He spent a lot of time talking about how good Vivid product and platform was for their business.  (On my calcs that have over 120 warehouses in Australia.

See this link from CEMAT website for more info: http://www.cemat.com.au/program/ses...rough-the-uptake-of-intelligent-technologies/

Key points from the chat on the website are as follows:
    • Linfox has an efficiency program called GreenFox.
    • Linfox take this very seriously as it is ’good business’ and it makes good business sense.
    • Linfox has a detailed understanding of its footprint and is strategic and targeted in its approach to generate deep savings.
    • Buildings have a significant impact on Linfox’s footprint and Energy usage and warehouse lighting is a major component of this.
    • In addressing this aspect, Linfox have focused on achieving both high quality lighting outcomes as well as generating the greatest long term energy and operational savings.
    • In this Linfox have engaged with the lighting sector to find leading technologies and leading technology providers to implement intelligent industrial lighting solutions.
    • Linfox have successfully implemented solutions with a provider who’s business and intelligent technologies provide detailed measurement and analysis, a commitment to performance and savings which provides Linfox clarity on the scale of an opportunity and confidence in the solution’s performance.
