I wish HotCopper would let me edit my posts after more than 3 minutes.

I just found a comment that explains the large increase in Q3, so while it appears to relate more to lumpy cash flow that a huge increase in sales, the YTD number shows us sales are going up, which is really all I care about at the moment. Need to give the new sales team time to build the market, and the trend appears to be going in the right direction.
