The market is the reality. You can't generate revenue if the market is crashing. The acquisitions cloud how badly they are actually doing. It's also diluting the stock hugely.What they don't tell you is many rental properties they lose after the acquisition. They don't tell you how many agents are leaving because they make a living. All the trend lines are going backwards, but sure you dream on. I've sold out at half what I paid and I think I'm lucky to get away with that.
