"Sorry for my Noobishness on this. It's the first i've heard of IMUOA. What are these shares? Additional fundraising for IMU?"

IMUOA is a listed Call Option. The owner has the right, but not the obligation to buy IMU shares at 2.6 cents up to 30th November 2020. The owner literally has the "option" to buy or not to buy.

At the moment IMUOA has no intrinsic value. Because IMU is trading under the strike price (2.6 cents), anyone wanting IMU is better off buying on market at 1.8-1.9 cents.

But IMUOA does have time value. The owner doesn't have to pay the full price for IMU until 30th November 2020. This allows the investor to leverage up their exposure. 

Neither IMUOA or IMUOB is very liquid. They were issued to IMU holders by the company as sugar coating for capital raisings. So many of us have some, but not enough to bother trading.
