re: Ann: Appendix 4C - Q3FY13 Quarterly Cash ... A lot of folk on welfare benefits spend their welfare money on and at things they shouldn't. "Pre-paid" cards that are acceptable at only say supermarkets & doctor's clinics. How about folk who get a car as part of their job and need petrol or accommodation money? Heaps of applications.
