Had a read of this, along with a re-read of the asx query and the report before that.  

The key questions that have sprung to mind for me are the same ones raised by the ASX;

1) Exchange launch date has been projected by BPG in q4.  When do they plan to launch the exchange?  I noticed that in their response BPG replied '

pending the satisfaction of the user interface, fiat pairing and other considerations, BPG will provide a market update to the ASX of the estimated timeline'. ​

2) Once the exchange is launched BPG propose to issue tokens to 'selected private investors'.  How many investors have BPG approached and what is the scale of the interest?   What kind of regulations apply?  Can we issue the tokens right away or do we need to satisfy regulatory requirements?

I still have no sentiment on the stock yet - although I wish we had more detail on all of the above in this announcement.
