On ya Gekko. BTW, I have spoken to Jason many times and reported those conversations here. I don't think meeting the regulatory requirements is the main issue. That part of it is fairly straight forward Imo, and based on conversations I have had with Jason, they completely underestimated the program requirements. Based on past experience, you would need a minimum of 12 to 18 months to put the technology together. 60% of that time is testing and change/delivery. I just don't think they specked the business requirements properly at the start.
