5. The Board has received MSN's email; and are considering it. IMO - it has been filed in the never to be discussed file - but that's my personal opinion - doesn't hurt to try though.
6. Once Asic are ok with everything then hopefully asx will lift the suspension.

So we still have a glimmer of hope.
