I like companies that are in this early growth trajectory and market eye catching increases in NPAT are possible.
I think between $25m and $100M market cap, the steps up can be pretty swift when the market catches on and the small cap fundies start buying in.

When the management team have a reliable record and present well and make steady business wins, it can be very rewarding for shareholders.

The one element missing at RXP is a dividend. I would prefer to see some existing action on this front.
