I just know what I've read Serena - part of the original deal with Volt was that ECM get the first bite at any project opportunities, so it doesn't make sense that VPR would try to set up it's own construction team for ATEN.
AB has talked about changing the business model for WestCone from just selling the crushers, to a fully maintained and serviced offering - hence they might need some maintainers/installers
He also talked up the increase to the size of the fleet of EcoQuip towers and trailers, and they come into Australia in pieces and need to be assembled.
