All that will happen in the next qrtr is they sell Condat, revenue will go down, they'll spend some of their new found cash on some useless asset or parnership and later find out it was a dud investment, then we'll come full circle again. SP will remain stagnant as per usual (all in my opinion of course). At least we may have less debt which doesn't hurt and of course management will continue to get paid, priority #1.
