The MD has advised that contract work is put out to third party quotes to ensure the pricing offered by Seasons is the most competitive. Season's does a lot, but not all, of the manufacturing for WRR - and were doing the manufacturing before they became shareholders.

At the end of the day, it is not cost effective to do the manufacturing in Australia - at least if you have the manufacturing done offshore by someone (ie a shareholder) that has an interest in the outcome of the manufacturing, it is a good alignment of interests
