It will not be resolved soon. No chance.
You don’t lodge a legal writ if something can simply be negotiated and resolved quickly. Lawyers cost money.
They would have already tried negotiating something, because that is step #1 prior to engaging legal action. That has clearly failed.
Management will not update you. They don’t provide updates on anything, not even a Qtrly activities statement.
They are not playing with Monopoly money here, we are talking about a claim for over $5 million plus transaction costs plus interest.
This will be a long and drawn out legal battle.
