Not sure what valuation or how much equity.
Should be series B at greater valuation obviously but who the hell knows...
Not really phased without loyyal investment even if they sht the bed with live deals / the tech doesn't prove value to end user.....
the current SP is kind of ok for a clean shell...
If nothing eventuates have some ideas...
