1. the technology has been scientifically proven. Ie: not only theoretically does the technology work, but it ACTUALLY works. In real life. In the physical and tangible world we all live in, this technology works.

the production process just needs to be mapped to commercial fabrication equipment.

Herein lies the iterations.

also "failing" of testing on iteration 1 is false. They tested them. They got a path forward. Testing occurred successfully. The product after iteration 1 was left wanting. Ie: it was not satisfactory.
