I appreciate your comment and your fears that the company may go belly-up and you lose everything. I am of the view that as shareholders we can do something about this. We need to get both Michael and Adrain out of the Board and bring some experienced people in, to turn this company around. In order to do this we need the numbers to have sufficient votes to oust the two. The concept of vertical integration is sound and what it needs is to develop this platform into a viable venture. You need to have a vision, followed by a mission plan and lay out the strategies to take you to reaching your goals. Unfortunately the current leader appears to be bankrupt of both ideas and knowhow, has not performed and he is too stubborn to quit.
I am not selling without a fight and as advised previously there are things which cannot be said on this forum.
Each shareholder should decide what needs to be done and if you decide to sell based on your financial circumstances then you have to make the decision to take the loss, and salvage what you can.
