There is about 197m shares currently on issue. Someone else will offer who has also put their hand up as they are tracking the numbers.

A successful EGM board spill would probably need about 30m (so to match the Chairman and friends) shares otherwise it would be a wait until later this year for the AGM and use the 2nd strike but by then the current management team may well have stripped the company of anything of value. That is always a risk, ask anyone who plays in the mining junior space.
