As shareholders we have every right to seek explanations on what does not make sense or seems unusual. I raised this matter up after the first half year financials were released. There were unusually high expenses in certain items and as the accounts were not audited, I thought it best to wait till the full year results were released. However, I do not think that we can wait that long seeing the share price fall ridiculously low and further costs high incurred and therefore it is in our interest to act now. Full disclosure of expenses must be revealed and failure to do so is a breach of transparency. As suggested by AO make a request and lets us review costs and revenues and determine whats wrong with the company.
