I hope that some day we get back into farm acquisitions for a starters even though we are looking more boutique than we ever have.

I would like to know what significant means in this paragraph

CDC is an established, boutique, dairy processing business located in Camperdown, South West Victoria. It's plant has capacity to process 36 million litres of raw milk per annum into a full range of dairy products, and has capacity for significant production expansion


Does it mean we are working at 50% capacity so can accommodate and process 72 mill litres or are we at 75% capacity and can process up to 50 mill litres

Are We Operating the Business at Scale or will we ever
Operating the business at scale means allocating and optimizing resources to drive the greatest results and volume across market segments.  Are marketing and sales working together to generate demand and close business?  Are closed deals being transitioned to services/support to be nurtured?  Are partners being leveraged to multiply the company's marketing, sales and services efforts to reach new customers and displace the competition?  Operating the business at scale is about optimization, not duplication, of efforts
