Always good to know someone who has actually seen the condition of CDC complex.............is it as bad as I think?

Is it worth renting space elsewhere (Geelong) so that others do not have a need to come near the CDC complex and get their own view of this place?

Hopefully their long awaited strategy ann will give us some hope.............what sort of appetite do you have for throwing your shares in the ring for a NO VOTE and board spill if it ever got to that?
