It appears that Michaels skills lay in accounting and how to shift expenses around. Unless an independent audit can somehow happen, it appears that this is how things will continue.

The last reporting showed expenses and costs were a bit out of wack and all us SH just need to read and weep. Very frustrating because from an amateurs view(mine) it also appears that AHF/CDC are copping the brunt of this but OH! so difficult to ascertain. Now we are going to presumably pay top dollar for flashy rental premises and still not sure if it is the Brisbane office or the CDC office that is relocating. Not sure at all what sort of leasing arrangement is taking place here if anything.

My preference would be that Michael buy the whole building and rent out the lot to ensure that we pay nothing for our space..................a bit far fetched I suppose as I am not sure how debt will work here

Just thinking outside of the square again and thinking of wild and wonderful scenarios until we get some news out of Michael and co.
Any other wild thoughts from the AVB fan club ???????
