maybe they are thinking Geelong's office is a lot more aesthetically appealing and clients that are interested in our products would not have to wear gum boots just to get in the front door at Camperdown and get to and see the shocking state of the buildings/premises
Maybe also being hopeful again and as per usual full of expectations that the cost increase of these u-beaut premises in Geelong will be negated by potential sales /contracts etc nutted out in the new premises.
I should write their presentations and updates for them.............I am using all the correct words like expectations, potential, hopeful.............
A lot less money could have been spent improving the entrance to Camperdown and the office space that already exists whilst being right on the job for all to see. I wonder if they own a $80,000 4wd with all the bells and whistles to drive their clients in.......considering Camperdown is fair way away.
Not very discerning when looking at economic viability/strategy ..........CDC being a classy example.
How Bizzare...................waiting to read and see if there is a method behind this madness.
