An office in Geelong just for Camperdown Dairy Company that has a single plant in Camperdown and an office for AHF in Ann Street, Brisbane??? Someone has money to burn...wonder what sort of lease has been committed to for the Geelong premises and at what cost since we have a fairly new 5 + 5 year lease for the plant at Camperdown and it has an office in it. Someone is also NOT thinking strategically on any of this at all...tactical for the convenience of the CEO for sure but not exactly a strategic view at all, he better stick around to see the lease out or he can damn well pay for the lease termination cost if he buggers off.
