I agree, I think it’s time they reassess their investor relations strategy, irrespective of how small the IR spend is. Originally their current strategy might have been appropriate assuming they were going to convert channels partner deals in a timely fashion to let the market know of the continued traction. However this hasn’t been the case, hence the market has had to focus on the underlying business which is extremely difficult to gauge traction. I say this for a few reasons: 1) user sign ups as referenced on the all are not active users 2) no one would know if they are making any organic revenue as you don’t know if any of the users has a “paid for” app on their dashboard and 3) I think their disclosure actually went backwards in the March quarter update - in the December update they gave user numbers for 31 December and the day of the market release in late January. The March update only had 31 March - why change your reporting style? the market picks up on additions/omissions in trading updates.

I just think if you want to instill confidence in current shareholders and educate new ones, they need to incrementally start disclosing more. Assuming everything is tracking to how management say it is on the calls, it should paint a better picture of the value proposition they are delivering. Especially when a potential capital raise at some point is likely.

Bit of a rant, but keen for more disclosure - both in frequency and substance - as the current strategy isn’t doing any favours for the share price.
