Based on slow responses to questions, I get the impression that 9SP is keeping its Communications team to the minimum. Given their high cash flow consumption, that is not necessarily a bad thing. Better that the company deals with customers and potential such, rather than shareholders, in order to increase revenues.
Neverthless, I recommend that you send a message to the CEO and give him your suggestions. It would involve additional reporting activity and hence overhead, but unless you tell him, how will he know that these things are of real interest to shareholders?
