The problem for shareholders is who decides what business should go in........ The same people that have led the company down this path can now play God on what the company now becomes.......350m shares to be issued.....another shareholders meeting to vote on what they decide.......needs to have some distance away from current board, so we get something better than the current board has so far produced.........
