This information is publicly available regarding the IKON case . I am furious this went to court , the question is , how is this acceptable that shareholders pick up the bill from this mind boggling decision to go to court .
They must of been aware of how expensive and how it could drag on , question is what are shareholders rights when decisions like this are made .
