They're not trying to be tricky here I suspect just giving a clear picture on free cash flow improving. Cash receipt from customers where actually received in current period but may relate to fees earned from prior period. This is also the likely reason net cash outflow were lower than reported operating costs. I'm simply looking for the gap between cash inflows and outflows narrowing over next 2 Quarters. Once it's in the black it's transformed into an investment grade proposition.
