Agree with your analysis, and about cutting some slack, 

But, some things require attention to detail. A company with slack granted all over the place is not one that will ever perform. At least that is how investors and analysts label and group.  Reporting your books to the Financial Sector as a publicly listed company is unfortunately one of those things that requires attention to detail, particularly by the person whose qualification is to add.

Everyone has been watching the HCBP thingy, we all want it gone and it was with the settlement, and now it's just a matter of payments... payments? oh s*** don't we have one this quarter?
