Numbuser, the CFO is paid for this.   That's his qualification, his job, his reputation.  He shouldn't "forget" $390,000 at any time in any way.  Small or otherwise, this type of mistake makes sud look like they do not know how to manage their books, or report them accurately at least, or have the proper oversight.  For the error to be brought up on HC before being corrected, wow.  How on earth you can be comfortable with an inability to report the books straight is well a little surprising to say the least.  The fact that matter is finally moving behind us has nothing to do with accurate financial reporting.  If they can't do it, they have no place being listed.
