this is a huge leap forward for OEX. the man responsible for destroying share value, mismanaging the last two wells drilled in the past 5 years, mismanaging a JV partner (still owing $7 million) IS GONE.
From what I saw of Ron's performance over the past 5 years, his skill set was vastly overrated and it is disappointing that it took the board so long to understand this. BUT IT IS NOW DONE.
Now it is worth a serious reconsideration. Keep this one firmly in view.
