re: Ann: Appendix 3Ys and Breach of Listing R... Well, a mistake was made, although i can't see any release made on the 28th April. The shares need to be sold into the market and the Directors have committed to buying new shares of an equivalent amount.

Can anyone find the ANN where this happened? I'd like to know how many shares it involved. It means more selling pressure for this company. As a trading window was mentioned, I hope that news will be coming out soon.

Also, when the new Directors buy (Directors, if you're reading this), I hope you buy *UP* and not just let LJ sell to you.
