I am not concerned whatsoever by this sale from the director.
Something to be understood about directors holdings...
Simply put, the smart directors scale down their massive holdings before, at and/or after key milestones to avoid holding an enormous illiquid holding once the business has risen to glory.
It's common sense...Mr Dickson before the change of holdings held:
- 3,545,330 fully paid shares (direct)
- 11,000,000 options exercisable at 0.01 (direct)
- 11,000,000 options @0.05 (direct)
- 12,500,000 fully paid shares (indirect)
-11,000,000 options @0.01 (indirect)
- 11,000,000 options @ 0.05 (indirect)
This guy is NOT short of share holdings and what happens when/if OVL goes up to say 30cents !? How is he going to cash in? Him along with the other directors literally wont be able to cash in without crashing the share price and the company.
It has happened to a mate of mine. He was a director of a small mining company, never sold a share, the price sky rocketed and he could not cash in his holdings and lost millions in portfolio holdings over the price retreat. He wishes he scaled down early...just like Mr Dickson is.
Don't be fooled. Not a reflection of the results nor a leak IMO.
