Yes, that is good that CEO/founder put huge sums into company especially since he made a good money on IPO and needs to send a good message when raising funds in CR. He is all in, for sure. But almost has no choice but to put in during CR.

I like to see the other directors go 'all in' when they had such an opportunity after recent share drop. It sends a very strong message to all parties - shorters, investors and fund managers, that all is OK and no more bad news to come. I guess there are various thinking about non exec directors owning too many shares to stay independent. 

Anyway, we will see a BB starting soon and that put a floor under SP.
