A similar thing has happened to DRA where Allied Properties is the major shareholder - the inefficient, bloated team has been exited and an efficient Management installed.
We have to trust that Allied Properties will do the right thing by minority shareholders and there is now evidence to say they will.

Interesting article in the Australian today re the legal action. I can see why MLX' Peter Cook is unhappy. Arguable he was used to get NST to the table. Arguable not good form. On the surface still seems unlikely they have a case as was subject to shareholder approval and shareholders had to be apprised of both offers. But the lawyers are doing it tough at the moment; they need to be kept busy
