"Exercise of 450,310 unlisted options expiring 31 March 2016 at an exercise price of $0.10 and issued in lieu of Director’s fees for the period between 1 March 2013 and 30 June 2014 as approved by shareholders on 13 November 2013."
Directors fees for 15mths 3 years ago when the share price was 17c in March 13 and 54c in November when approved.
Fair enough to me but I am still jealous
