More a commitment to shareholders who have been asking for a long time for directors to have "more skin in the game". I am told that salary sacrifice is is also on the table, so at long last the directors are showing not a belief in the potential of the project and the company but also respecting shareholder comments. Ross has a fair bit of skin in the game but good to see others upping their share. Big things from little things grow!!
