No I am not saying that top management of companies don't sell their shares, but when you talk a out selling more than half your holding in one go , it does start to ring bells.
More often than not , what quacks like a duck, walks like a duck is probably a duck..... but it can be a goose too , and this time it was a goose but I will still put my money on the duck if it happens again.
