Are you saying none of the top brass at EVN, NST etc etc have ever sold any shares?
You see what I’m getting at here, there are some companies and management with integrity who genuinely need the money for life reasons or tax reasons. Many maybe even most are likely all about self interest but that’s down the spec/small end a lot of the time.
You have to give leeway in certain cases but I can see why you have that rule and it’s good to have rules
