    re: Ann: Appendix 3Y - Change in Directors In... No surprise there. As the current market wouldn't seem to support a "sell on market" transaction this sale should be reassuring to all holders.

    15c/share though could be perceived as a giveaway gift. Hope the other half (or so) of the 8m was to shareholders who bought in at IPO price .. Good luck all gold bugs
