bullspike- u make some good points- but its amazing how someone can gloss up a c.v. -telstra shares did go up -but how much of that division Pretty was in charge of contribute to profits, rather than add hype? and how many of the investments in that division were successful?
Yes, i hung in with some too long here - i usually work on a 50% stop loss and its worse than that by a good way!! your hopes of a recovery appear hopes, and speaking from experience, a stock dropping 70% to 80% odd takes a long long time to get back, especially when it is due to mismanagement, and not from something cyclical like coal and oil stocks, or a poor government decision.
Hills was a fairly sad story from what I saw from afar, unfortunately looking like being repeated here!
