I was only asking questions.

We do know that Mr Goodall has lent the company money and is charging 20% interest and also has security over all of the assets of the company. Meanwhile, as a director, he does not seem to have demanded that Mr Goh pay any interest or provide any security for his outstanding debt of 3 years. And if you don't remember, Mr Goh "acquired" the options from Mr Goodall.

Now I am not suggesting there is anything untoward, but that whole arrangement does seem to have worked against the interests of shareholders.

As bankruptcy/receivership looms close and with the missing $5.1m still unexplained, there's a bunch of questions which should be asked. Some may be able to be reasonably answered.

MM, over time, there's been a large number of unanswered questions, some of which may have impugned the character of directors and have later proven to have been extremely valid.

And the share price is at 3.7c. Prior to last year's AGM, the price was 6.7c. Within a week it was at 5.1c.

I don't expect tomorrow's meeting to reveal anything other than the usual slew of BS telling us about how "we're on the verge of something great". We heard it last year. Remember the "PrIME float" and the "Cornerstone investor". I'm sure we'll hear the same tomorrow.
