I do not know and have never met Mr Goodall, but he does seem to have been an enthusiastic supporter of our IT putting substantial capital into the company.
The question you ask impugns his reputation imho, by suggesting he may be capable and motivated by a desire to defraud the ATO. As in "push polling" some questions aren't always fair...and I think this may be one such instance.
