Dear Mr Bednarczyk, Please see attached Appendices 3X on behalf of directors Ms Michelle Feruglio and Ms Lia Darby and Appendix 3Z on behalf of previous director Michael Stafford. The Appendices were not lodged as required by Chapter 3 Continuous Disclosure rule 3.19A.1 and rule 3.19A.3 due to an oversight. CDB is currently performing an overview of its compliance regime to ensure it meets its continuous disclosure obligations.
