It's not equivalent pricing mate. You're only going to get 0.667 of SLR shares which dilutes your profile. Your value will be the same, but even if SLR goes from 75c to $1 (speculation), it's relatively only like DRM hitting 65-70c. However, as long as the SP continues in an upwards trend, things are good.
