10 years in with a licence to mine, you guys donte see them being able to procure more than the shortfall? You do see the subtext behind a sovereign debt arrangement they keep banging on about?

thered be little issue with going to capital markets at this point. It's not that they won't attract capital. It's how badly do we want to be screwed over. April will be the month IMO. We either have a path forward or we don't.

given the late stage of Tiris, selling it now for $200m would be dirt nuts cheap and at the same time increase shareholder wealth significantly. Still it won't be sold...funding will be arranged particularly if it's linked to offtakes or a sell down of a slice of Tiris. Let's see what the shake out is...There will be one shortly and I'm guessing it will result in a capital injection in one form or another.
